Anne joined Willow on 3rd January 2006.

Anne has complete responsibility for the day to day management of all aspects of Calum’s team, with particular focus on achievement of KPIs and the development of high quality service standards to his clients. Anne's role also includes full support to Calum in his role as CEO and the commercial development of Willow as a whole, including, for example, the Professional Connection Development Programme. She also offers financial advice to clients where appropriate.

Until recently, Anne has been actively involved playing netball, but age (i.e. the knees) has now forced her into retirement. As a Leicester Tigers season ticket holder, she is now concentrating her efforts on the spectator side of sports.
